Most Quality System Service Providers choose between Auditing and Consulting. T.Quest Systems declines to make that choice, believing that one compliments the other. We divide our time about equally between Auditing and Consulting, while maintaining the strictest standards with respect to conflict-of-interest. We believe that your interests can best be served by Providers that combine a depth of experience in implementing ISO Management Systems in Organizations like yours and a breadth of experience in auditing the ISO Management Systems of other creative and effective Organizations.

Whether we are helping you implement your System or assessing your System under auditing conditions, you have the opportunity to be benchmarked against the best Management Systems that we have seen. The choice is yours.

Helping Organizations Like Yours

The solution to each of the following challenges began with a request to T.Quest Systems:

  • A large Tier I automotive supplier needs to establish an ISO 14001 EMS, and integrate with an existing QS 9000 system.
  • A Military Organization needs a conformance assessment of their EMS to demonstrate compliance with E.O. 13148 on Greening the Government
  • A large regional Utility, with no prior ISO Quality System experience, has been committed by its Directors to implement a system-wide ISO 14001 EMS for assets ranging from Nuclear Plants to smaller Hydro and Maintenance Facilities
  • A multi-site building products firm needs to meet the 9001:2000 transition deadline and concurrently address regulatory issues with an ISO 14001 EMS
  • A small universal waste processor and electronics recycler needs to implement an ISO 14001 EMS to qualify for certain regulatory exclusions and meet industrial zoning requirements.

Quality Systems News Briefs

Northeast Utilities, a T.Quest Systems trained and supported organization, has achieved ISO 14001 Registration at its headquarters location and a number of related CT work centers.

ISO Standards are reviewed every 5 years. Following the review and a transition period the revisions become binding. The ISO 14001:2004 revision became binding on 5/15/06. A new version of ISO 9001 can be expected to be binding by 2008. Contact us if you want to obtain information on impending revisions or transition assistance.

Naval Aviation Engineering Station Lakehurst (NAES – Lakehurst) in Lakehurst, NJ has received a “Citation of Conformance” to the ISO 14001 Standard, following a complete system audit conducted by T.Quest Systems on behalf of the Registrar Firm NSF-ISR. Navy-Lakehurst thereby becomes one of the first Military installations to demonstrate conformance to (Clinton) Executive Order 13148 on ‘Greening the Government’.
