Our Origins and Pedigree

T.Quest Systems was established in 2001 as an EMS consulting/training/auditing Services Provider.

Our Principal, John "Jeff" Flynn, has extensive backgrounds in both the Industrial (Aerospace) and Service (Environmental) sectors, and was recognized by the RAB (i.e. USA Accreditation Body) in 1999 as one of its very first certified EMS (ISO 14001) Lead Auditors. Mr. Flynn's long experience in working with other experts in the field has enabled T.Quest Systems to evolve as a network of highly qualified Quality and Management system professionals, supporting the range of ISO Quality Standards, including ISO 9001:2000, AS 9100, TS 16949, ISO 14001, as well as OHSAS 18001. While not a Registrar itself, T.Quest Systems maintains close working relationships with select RAB accredited and independent Registrars. Although accessing the network provides an option to meet certain client special needs, T.Quest System's primary provider remains its Principal, one of the country's true experts in the implementation and auditing of Environmental Management Systems.

What We Do

Services provided by "T.Quest Systems" primarily involve:

• Training / Consulting to organizations which choose to develop and implement an ISO-like management system, either with or without a commitment to ISO Registration.
• Conducting audits on implemented management systems, either as a third party auditor engaged by a Registrar firm or as a first/second party auditor engaged by an organization

Consulting services are primarily delivered directly to clients but can involve services provided under sub-contract to another firm. The level of the services may vary in involvement from coaching/training to comprehensive development of the system. Traditional engineering services related to process efficiency, particularly as described by the term "lean", and traditional environmental services related to "compliance" may also be provided in support of System implementation. While not a Registrar itself, T.Quest Systems maintains working relationships with select RAB accredited and independent Registrars.

What makes Us Different?

Most Quality System Service Providers choose between Auditing and Consulting. T.Quest Systems declines to make that choice, believing that one compliments the other. We divide our time about equally between Auditing and Consulting, while maintaining the strictest standards with respect to conflict-of-interest. In our consulting role, we are not all about rigid templates and strongly held ideas solely based on our own experience. We bring to our consulting role the perspective of a trained auditor, open to understanding your ideas forged by your internal culture and team experience – T.Quest Systems is that kind of help.

Most Quality System Service Providers come from a Quality background that includes a depth of experience.
