Project: Training of Corporate EMS Implementation Team and multi-facility baseline assessment audits for large Regional utility in the Northeast
Challenge: Providing adequate training and implementation templates to enable Corporate Team, with no prior ISO Quality System experience, to drive Corporate wide EMS implementation
Outcome: ISO 14001 Registration by NSF-ISR for headquarters and several facilities; ongoing system wide registration effort

Challenge: Integration of EMS/ISO with existing highly regulated and documented culture
